When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Delivery times within Ukraine via Nova Poshta are as follows: - to major cities: 1–2 days - to areas remote from major transportation routes: 2–4 days You can also track your package using the tracking number on the official Nova Poshta website:

Do you have a service center?
Of course! You can always call our customer service number if a product isn’t working properly.
